Jornado AI is a starting point for research, not a substitute for professional travel advice.
4. Third-Party Booking Platforms
When you click a booking link, you leave Jornado AI and enter an external travel website. Those websites have their own terms, privacy policies, and cancellation policies. We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy of prices, availability, or descriptions on those platforms
- Booking errors, cancellations, or refund disputes
- Quality of accommodations, flights, or services booked
- Any issues that occur during your trip
All bookings and transactions are exclusively between you and the external travel website.
5. Outbound Booking Links
Jornado AI may open third-party booking websites. Those sites control their own prices, availability, policies, and checkout experience.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use Jornado AI for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to exploit, hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
- Scrape, automate, or bulk-download content from the site

- Abuse the chat system with spam, excessive requests, or prompt injection attacks
7. Intellectual Property
The Jornado AI name, logo, design, and original content are our intellectual property. AI-generated responses to your chat messages are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish our content commercially without permission.
8. No Warranty
Jornado AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
